Consumers' Choice in Chains Winners
3,100+ Consumers Rate Chain Restaurants

OAK BROOK, IL -- Restaurants & Institutions (www.rimag.com) has announced the winners of its 27th annual Consumers' Choice in Chains study. Full results will be available at www.rimag.com on Sept.15.

In the study, more than 3,100 consumers rated over 120 chain restaurants on eight customer satisfaction attributes: food quality, menu variety, value, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, reputation and convenience. Winners were ranked as platinum, gold or silver winners in 13 menu categories:

Culver's
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers
In-N-Out Burger

All winners will be honored in an Aug. 13 ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay Resort in Half Moon Bay, Calif.
